01Production and shipping time
Production time and transit time are separate. Estimated production begins after the required payment, order details, artwork, size breakdown, and approvals are complete. The applicable quotation or invoice provides the project estimate.
Shipping estimates begin when completed goods are handed to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless a specific written service commitment is agreed.
02Shipping methods
Orders may ship by international courier, air freight, sea freight, cargo service, or another agreed method depending on destination, volume, weight, urgency, and cost. Samples and smaller orders are commonly sent by courier.
The selected carrier, service level, route, and shipping charge will be confirmed on the quotation, invoice, or dispatch notice.
03Addresses and contact details
Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, company, street address, city, state or province, postal code, country, telephone number, and email address.
Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, storage, re-routing, or return shipment may be charged to the customer.
04Customs, duties, and taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duty, tax, brokerage, inspection, documentation, or destination charges. Responsibility follows the delivery term stated in the quotation or invoice.
Unless a duty-paid service is expressly agreed in writing, destination duties, taxes, permits, and customs charges are normally the customer’s responsibility. Customers should confirm local import requirements before ordering.
05Tracking and delivery
Tracking or shipment details are shared when available. Carrier scans may take time to update. A shipment may be delivered in multiple packages or consignments where appropriate.
Delivery is considered complete according to the carrier’s delivery record or the agreed freight document. Customers should arrange safe receipt and inspect packages promptly.
06Delays outside our control
Core Vestures is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, inspections, weather, strikes, port congestion, public holidays, force majeure events, incorrect customer information, or destination restrictions. We will reasonably assist with available shipment information.
07Damage, shortage, or loss
Visible package damage should be noted with the carrier at delivery. Photograph the outer packaging, labels, inner packaging, and affected goods before use or alteration.
Report a delivery issue to info@corevestures.com promptly with the order number, tracking number, quantities, and evidence. Carrier claims are subject to carrier timelines, insurance terms, and documentation requirements.
08Returns for custom goods
Because products are custom manufactured, they are not returnable for preference changes, approved design choices, or customer ordering errors. Accepted manufacturing-defect claims are handled under the applicable quotation and our Terms & Conditions.
Do not return goods without written authorization and return instructions from Core Vestures.
