Scope and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, quotations, samples, custom-development projects, and production orders supplied by Core Vestures. By approving a quotation, paying an invoice, approving a sample, or instructing production, the customer accepts these terms.

Any signed agreement, approved quotation, purchase order accepted by Core Vestures, or invoice-specific term takes priority if it conflicts with this page.

Quotations and order confirmation

Prices, minimum quantities, currencies, product specifications, production time, shipping terms, and quotation validity are stated in the applicable quotation or invoice. An enquiry or website submission does not create a confirmed order.

• Production begins only after the required payment, specifications, size breakdown, artwork, and approvals are received.
• Changes requested after confirmation may affect price and lead time.
• Bank, transfer, intermediary, and currency-conversion charges are paid by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

Samples, artwork, and approvals

Samples, digital mockups, color references, size charts, materials, labels, and packaging may require customer approval before bulk production. The customer is responsible for checking spelling, artwork, placements, measurements, quantities, colors, and other approved details.

Screen colors and digital mockups are guides. Fabric, dye lot, printing method, lighting, and material texture can create reasonable production differences.

Production and tolerances

Lead times are estimates beginning after all required approvals and payments are complete. Minor variations in shade, measurement, placement, weight, texture, or construction may occur within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Core Vestures may use technically equivalent materials or methods only when agreed with the customer or when necessary to achieve the approved specification.

Payment, cancellation, and refunds

Payment schedules and accepted methods are stated on the quotation or invoice. Available methods may include Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly, bank transfer, and Wise.

Custom orders cannot normally be cancelled after materials are purchased or production begins. Any approved cancellation, credit, remake, or refund is assessed according to completed work, committed materials, bank charges, and the specific circumstances.

Customer-supplied content

The customer confirms that it owns or has permission to use all logos, artwork, names, trademarks, photographs, and specifications supplied to Core Vestures. The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized customer-supplied content.

Core Vestures will not knowingly reproduce protected designs without appropriate authorization and may decline a project where ownership or permitted use is unclear.

Inspection and claims

The customer should inspect goods promptly after delivery and notify Core Vestures in writing of any shortage, damage, or manufacturing issue, with clear photos and order details. Claims should be submitted within seven days of delivery unless the quotation states another period.

Remedies for an accepted claim may include repair, replacement, credit, or another reasonable solution. Normal wear, misuse, incorrect washing, unauthorized alteration, and approved tolerances are not manufacturing defects.

Liability and governing terms

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Core Vestures is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, customs delays, carrier delays, or events outside reasonable control. Any liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected goods unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any different written jurisdiction agreed for a specific order.
